Easy Overnight Chia Seed Pudding

Have you tried Overnight Chia Seed Pudding? If you haven’t…you should! Whatcha waiting for girl?!

A few years ago, I made a pact to eat breakfast every single day. Man what a change it has made to my daily mood, routine and overall health and well being.

Even though I made this pact… I found some mornings I would be rummaging the cupboards. Juice Plus+ Complete is my go-to and is more than satisfying  but sometimes you just gotta switch it up!

 In comes the Overnight Chia Seed Pudding made with the Vanilla Complete. It is a win-win…I still get the super foods of Vanilla Complete while getting something new!

These overnight oats make you feel like you are having dessert for breakfast. They are also so easy to make. How nice to wake up to your breakfast? All you have to do is top with fruit and granola or toppings of your choice.

By adding the Vanilla Complete you’re getting all the extra protein and Chia seeds are FULL of fiber (5 grams per tablespoon). Talk about HEALTHY!

Here is the recipe:
1 scoop Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete
1 cup of Almond Milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)
3 Tablespoons chia seeds
dash of cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a bowl (or mason jar) and mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 3 days. Serve with fresh fruit, honey, granola or topping of your choice.
*You may need to stir the pudding a few times while it is chilling to make sure the liquid is absorbed.
There really is nothing like waking up to a pre-made, but healthy breakfast! This Omega and Protein packed breakfast will no disappoint-guaranteed!
